Госавтоинспекция информирует: о признании действительными национальных водительских удостоверений

В соответствии с Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 18 апреля 2020 г. № 275 «О признании действительными некоторых документов граждан Российской Федерации» российские национальные водительские удостоверения, срок действия которых истек или истекает в период с 1 февраля по 15 июля текущего года, сохраняют свою действительность до их замены в порядке, определяемым ведомственным нормативным правовым актом. Такая мера была введена для предотвращения угрозы распространения пандемии в целях дополнительной защиты населения и сотрудников полиции.

Приказом МВД России от 9 июня 2020 г. № 410 «Об определении порядков и сроков замены документов, названных в пункте 1 Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 18 апреля 2020 г. N 275, и выдачи паспорта гражданина Российской Федерации, удостоверяющего личность гражданина Российской Федерации на территории Российской Федерации, гражданам Российской Федерации, названным в пункте 2 Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 18 апреля 2020 г. N 275» определено, что замена водительских удостоверений, срок действия которых истек в период с 1 февраля по 15 июля 2020 года, осуществляется в срок до 31 декабря 2020 года включительно, а до этого дня водительские удостоверения считаются действительными без каких-либо ограничений.

Предварительная запись на получение государственной услуги по замене водительского удостоверения в подразделениях Госавтоинспекции Смоленской области осуществляется на Едином портале государственных и муниципальных услуг или с использованием системы электронной очереди.

Кроме того, подать заявление на замену водительского удостоверения можно в электронном виде по электронной почте на адреса экзаменационных подразделений ГИБДД УМВД России по Смоленской области. Данный порядок предусмотрен только для граждан, у которых срок действия водительского удостоверения истек в период с 1 февраля по 15 июля 2020 года.

Для этого необходимо направить на адрес электронной почты того экзаменационного подразделения ГИБДД, в котором планируется получение водительского удостоверения, копии документов, предусмотренных пунктом 18 Правил проведения экзаменов на право управления транспортными средствами и выдачи водительских удостоверений, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 24 октября 2014 г. № 1097:

– заявление;

– паспорт или иной документ удостоверяющий личность;

– медицинское заключение;

– российское национальное водительское удостоверение.

После рассмотрения заявления сотрудниками ГИБДД и принятия решений о приеме заявления или об отказе в его приеме на адрес электронной почты заявителя будет направлен мотивированный отказ или сведения о дате и времени личной явки заявителя для получения водительского удостоверения.

Обращаем внимание, что при личной явке в подразделение ГИБДД необходимо предоставить оригиналы указанных документов.

С учетом изложенного, Госавтоинспекция призывает граждан не проявлять излишнего нетерпения и не создавать ажиотаж – времени для замены вполне достаточно. Регистрационно-экзаменационные подразделения Госавтоинспекции работают в штатном режиме.
